How long does processing take?: Most videos finish in 3-8 minutes — transcription is the longest step. Each generation after that takes 10-30 seconds.
What videos can I use?: Any public YouTube or TikTok video — sermons, livestreams, lectures, shorts. Direct upload and podcast support are next. Members-only or private content can't be processed since we can't access it.
Can I edit what Yovel generates?: Yes. Every generated piece is editable in your dashboard. Your edits become the canonical version and carry through to PDF, Markdown, and plain-text downloads.
Is my content private?: We process your video for transcription and discard the source after the transcript is saved. Generations go through Anthropic / OpenAI under their own privacy terms. We don't sell your data and we don't train models on your content.
What if a generation misses?: Generation is a starting point, not the final word. Edit anything that needs your touch. If a whole output misses, regenerate — every regeneration is free within your plan's monthly quota.
Can I bring my own AI key?: Yes. Pro plan supports BYO Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google keys. Generations bill to your provider account, not ours.
What happens if I cancel?: Subscriptions cancel cleanly at the end of your current period — no clawbacks, no surprise charges. Your existing content stays in your account; resubscribe anytime to generate again.
